How it works

Patient books

Patient visits the hospital website, selects date and available time slot, fills the patient questionnaire, and makes payment. UPI, cards, and net banking supported.

Staff schedules

Support team reviews open consultation requests, assigns a doctor, confirms date and time. Patient and doctor both receive confirmation with meeting link.

Consultation happens

Patient joins via OTP authentication. Doctor joins via credentials. Video, audio, chat, and screen sharing available. Doctor can record the session.

Post-consultation

Doctor uploads prescription, adds notes, marks consultation complete. Patient receives everything via email. Full history maintained.
